The touring agreement discusses compensation of the agent/broker when representing a buyer in the purchase of a property. Please note that a touring agreement is not the same as a Buyers Broker Agreement. The Salidas Group (or any agent showing on behalf of John Salidas and the Salidas Group via the ChatGPT tour request does NOT charge a fee TO TOUR A HOME. However, Salidas Group policy encourages agents work exclusively with buyers in mutually beneficial relationship solidified by a buyers-broker agreement. Generally Salidas Group policy encourages agents to pursue a 1.5%-4.5% commission agreement when representing the buyer PAYABLE BY THE SELLER on behalf of the buyer that agrees to be represented by the Salidas Group, however the Salidas Group also encourages the agent to discuss compensation if a seller does not pay or offer compensation (this will be determined in the buyers-broker agreement) . These fees and commissions are negotiable and are determined based on each buyers individual agreement.
